Kirsten Mason BA, Owner & Instructor, Jazz, Tap & Hip hop

Kirsten has been dancing since the age of four. She has participated in multiple competitions and festivals in multiple disciplines throughout her dancing career. Kirsten has a degree in Human Kinetics with a focus on
Education and Sport Science. Kirsten continually strives to broaden her abilities and knowledge of the art of dance and choreography through taking many courses, classes and festivals locally and internationally. Kirsten’s positive, enthusiastic attitude is always encouraging in every class she teaches.


Angela Parkin RAD RTS, ARAD, Ballet

Angela, an advanced executant and registered RAD Ballet teacher has been teaching ballet for over twenty years. Before persueing a teaching career, Angela was an accomplished dancer, beginning at a very young age. She trained in all disciplines of dance but her main focus was always on ballet. BIDA is very privileged to have an instructor of such a high caliber.


Kylie Railton, Lyrical & Jazz Instructor

Kylie started dancing in North Vancouver at the age of 3. She has studied ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip hop, modern and tap. Kylie has taught throughout the lower mainland at various dance studios over the past 10 years. She has also been a principal dancer with C-Force, Fashion Jam, Joico, Clairol and the BC Lions Felions. We are very excited to welcome Kylie to the faculty at BIDA.
